Over an intensive journey of 12-24 months, you will become part of one of the most important levers in the company: purchasing. You rotate through different areas – in Germany and worldwide – and delve deeply into markets, suppliers and strategic decisions. Your mission: create value, manage risks and rethink purchasing.

You will not only support – you will negotiate, decide and shape. You contribute ideas, have conversations and see directly what impact your decisions have - on costs, quality and innovation.

Your academic foundation

You have a very good (full-time) master's degree, e.g. B. in industrial engineering, business administration, computer science or a technical course. You are really interested in topics like purchasing, supply chain or data.

Your enthusiasm for shopping & markets

You enjoy negotiations, markets and strategic decisions. Numbers, analyzes and economic connections are not an obligation for you - but a challenge.

Your view of the big picture

You want to understand how purchasing, production, sales and logistics are connected - and how you can make a real difference with your decisions.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership

You can convince people, approach others openly and build strong relationships - internally and externally.

You think strategically and shape the future

You question existing processes, develop new ideas and have the drive to implement things - especially in the direction of digitalization and smart purchasing processes.

Your continuous development

You want to grow – professionally and personally. You are curious, learn quickly and take responsibility.

Your linguistic fluency

You communicate fluently in English and German. You have already gained at least three months of international experience.
