Over an intensive journey of 12-24 months, you will become part of one of the most important systems of a global company: the supply chain. Computer science or business administration. You are really interested in topics such as supply chain, data analysis or digitalization - not just theoretically

Your enthusiasm for supply chain & data

Your view of the big picture

You don't just want to be a part of the system - you want to understand how everything connects and how you can make a real difference.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership

You inspire others, think openly and enjoy working with different people. It's clear to you: strong teams = strong performance.

You think strategically and shape the future

You question the status quo, contribute your own ideas and have the drive to implement things - especially in the direction of digitalization, automation and sustainability.

Your continuous development

You want to grow. Fast. You are curious, learn from challenges and continually develop yourself.

Your linguistic fluency

You communicate fluently in English and have good knowledge of German. You have gained at least three months of international experience.
