Job description
- Salary:
- PLN 7,000 - 14,000 per year
- Location:
- Poland
- Work arrangement:
- On-site
Role Summary
Telemedi is one of the fastest growing telemedicine companies in Central and Eastern Europe. We are building a B2B platform used by insurers, banks and employers. We operate at the intersection of three highly regulated worlds: health care, insurance and technology - which means that law is not a cost for us, but only part of the product.
We are looking for a person at the beginning of their career who wants to learn the legal craft in a demanding environment and treats AI as a natural work tool - just as our IT team programs with AI, we strive to ensure that all other departments are able to cooperate with it.
Responsibilities
- You will delve into a wide range of issues covering the daily functioning of the company:
- Analysis and preparation of contracts and contract documents (B2B, suppliers, partners)
- Legal research and preparation of analyzes and notes for business needs
- Support in the area of compliance and personal data protection
- Participation in proceedings and preparation of letters and correspondence with authorities
- Monitoring changes in regulations relevant to the company's operations
- Building and improving internal AI-supported tools and workflows for legal services
Requirements
This is not a "contract clicking" ad. We are looking for a specific way of thinking and behaving (technical skills and alignment with the principles we value in the organization).
Critical thinking and connecting the dots. You can take a regulation, a contract, a decision of the authority and a letter from the other party - and see how it connects. You don't stop at "what is written", you just ask "what follows from this" and "what is the logic behind it; where is the risk that no one has named?" You treat doubt as a signal to pursue, not as a problem to be ignored.
Procedural efficiency. You understand that law is not only the content, but also the procedure: deadlines, jurisdiction of the authority, form, sequence of steps, and means of appeal.
AI as a tool for thinking, not for doing things instead. You use LLMs for what they are good at: combing through a lot of material quickly, analyzing data, testing your own reasoning against the light. But you know where the AI is wrong, you verify every source and take full responsibility for the result. AI is meant to make you faster and more insightful - not to replace your judgment.
- Data analysis. You are not afraid of the sheet, the list, the register. You can extract a pattern from data - a list of proceedings, decision history, contract parameters - and translate it into a legal argument or recommendation.
- What do we expect?
- Legal education (graduated or recent years)
- Very good ability to analyze text and logical, structured thinking
- Accuracy and responsibility for detail
- A natural curiosity about AI and a desire to incorporate it into everyday work
- Very good spoken and written Polish, good knowledge of English
- Proactivity and independence in searching for answers
- Welcome
- First experience (practice, internship) in a law firm or legal department
- Interest in medical law, pharmaceutical law, data protection or insurance sector regulations
- Experience working with AI tools beyond basic use
Benefits
- Work from Warsaw or fully remotely
- A real impact on how the company's legal services use AI
- An environment where law touches real products and real business decisions
- A wide range of issues - you don't pigeonhole yourself in one narrow area
