Responsibilities

Main functions

• Identify commercial prospects and manage databases of potential clients.
• Prepare competitive commercial proposals and effectively close negotiations.
• Ensure the correct creation of clients and the timely upload of information to the commercial system.
• Track billing, project waste tonnage and manage cubic meter data.
• Advise clients on environmental solutions and carry out maintenance and loyalty visits.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and present commercial management indicators.

Requirements

Requirements to apply

• Education: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and Business or related administrative/technical careers.
• Training: Preferably with specialization in areas related to commercial management and marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years leading related business processes (indicator management, strategic planning, budget management and market analysis).
• Mobility: It is essential to have your own vehicle and category B1 driving license.

Your main focus will be the design and execution of customer acquisition, loyalty and retention strategies, as well as the development of new projects based on market studies.
