Jr Planner - Real Estate, Rio Grande do Sul

Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Planner to work on strategic corporate space planning and real estate projects. This person will support the development of studies, analyzes and innovative solutions for work environments, collaborating with internal teams and global clients.

• Support the development of scoping analyzes and planning of real estate projects
• Prepare conceptual studies (test-fits) and review property data
• Contribute to budget estimates and financial planning of projects
• Analyze workplace trends and support planning strategies
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines and standards during planning and design phases
• Develop dashboards and data analysis to support decision making
• Prepare presentations and executive materials for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Interact with client stakeholders to define strategies and execute projects
• Coordinate and monitor external suppliers
• Support change management initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
• Initial experience (or internship) in planning, corporate architecture, real estate or related field
• Knowledge in corporate environment design and workplace strategy
• Analytical skills and familiarity with data
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English
