Role Summary

This position can be carried out remotely for candidates based in the North of Portugal.

Depending on your team, you will be able to intervene in different areas:

Daily allowances & sick leave: monitoring of files, salary certificates, gap analysis and discussions with CPAMs.

Work accidents & occupational diseases: file management, declarations, administrative follow-up and customer relations.

Medical visits: making appointments, managing invitations and tracking documents.

In all cases, you will be responsible for the proper processing of files, the quality of data and the satisfaction of our customers.

You have initial experience in customer service, administrative or back-office management.

You are

French speaking, with excellent oral and written expression.

Organized, rigorous and autonomous.

Curious, with a good analytical mind.

Comfortable in customer relations.

Comfortable with computer tools, particularly Excel.

Experience in HR, payroll, social protection or insurance is a plus, but not essential: we train you for your profession.
