Role Summary

• Technical leadership, coaching and support of development teams up to 5 developers
• Development of Java-based software projects (frontend/backend)
• Advising customers in the area of software architectures, technical solution approaches and project procedures
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts and other stakeholders
• Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum), best practice approaches, clean code and DevOps culture
• Ensuring that agreed quality and safety standards are met
• Responsible for architectural decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and specialist departments on the customer side

Requirements

• Completed training as a computer scientist at FZ/FA, HF or university level
• Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
• Good to very good knowledge of the frontend area with frameworks such as Angular or Bootstrap is an advantage
• Profound experience in the conception and implementation of complex applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
• Confident demeanor in customer contact combined with high communication and advisory skills
• Strong social skills – team player who puts the WE in the foreground
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, English at a good level
• Residence in Switzerland
