Role Summary

He supports business operations from a finance perspective, from daily business operations to medium- to long-term business transformation and ERP renewal, and plays the role of "improving the quality of decision-making through numbers."

Focusing on cost and profitability management in the manufacturing area, we promote the sophistication of finance business processes and data utilization.

He is expected to play the role of connecting stakeholders as a representative of the Finance department in business process transformation centered on ERP (SAP) and ensuring that changes take root in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• 管理会計領域における業務プロセスの理解、改善検討、運用の定着支援。
• 製造・生産領域における原価・収益性に関するデータ分析および示唆出し。
• 関係部門（製造、SCM、Finance、IT 等）と連携した課題整理、改善テーマ検討への参画。
• ERP（SAP等）を活用した業務プロセス改善・高度化・刷新に関わる活動への参画。
• Finance部門のキーユーザ的立場として、業務変更・システム変更時の調整および関係者支援。
• 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよび調整。

Requirements

• 製造業における原価管理、管理会計、またはそれに準ずるFinance関連業務の経験
• Experience in analysis and reporting using numerical data and its utilization for business improvement
• Practical experience working with multiple departments to promote work
