Role Summary
We are recruiting an IVVQ System Team Manager to join our Defense & Security Business Unit, within the Voice Communications Systems (SCV) agency which contributes to the evolution of civil and military air traffic control systems by carrying out ambitious projects based on its innovative products and those of our partners.
You will work within the “CSoIP” department which designs modular and secure voice communications systems (Radio and Telephone) for the benefit of the armed forces and civil airports.
The technical environment
- Mastery of the areas of VoIP/ToIP communication and SIP, RTP protocols
- Knowledge of the ED137 standard
- Mastery of the validation and integration process of complex critical systems:
- ED153
- V-cycle
- System Engineering Specifications
- Coverage of requirements, traceability
- Testlink (test sheet writing tool)
- Mastery of anomaly management and their analysis
- Wireshark
- Anomaly management tools
You have mastery of Linux-based distributed systems.

Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the project manager, you ensure the management and coordination of all integration and validation phases within a project.
- As IVVQ System Manager, you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Define and implement the System Integration Validation (IVV) strategy
- Bring IVV best practices to your IVV teams
- Technically manage the team in charge of system integration and validation
- Define the technical means and their adaptations to the needs of the project
- Guarantee the quality of the solution by coordinating the different teams and experts involved
- Ensure the application of quality and safety processes and, more generally, good practices
- Manage the IVV system of the project with the aim of respecting costs and allocated deadlines
Requirements
You have a good knowledge of technologies
- Torrent,
- PKI,
- VoIP,
- Scripts (shell/python)
- Virtualization: VMs & containers (docker)
- Git configuration management
Bac+5 training, Engineering School or University specialized in the fields of civil aviation, IT or telecommunications. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex systems engineering (with a focus on software) and you have significant experience in functional management and team management.
- You know how V/UHF and IP radios work, network and security issues as well as VoIP/ToIP. You control the reporting of your activity (progress, metrics, alerts, etc.). Knowledge of communications systems and air traffic control would be a plus.
