Role Summary
We are recruiting an IVQ Manager to join our Defense & Security Business Unit, within the Operational Systems and Interoperability (SOI) Agency. Within the SOI Agency, the Airport Local Control (CLA) department is responsible for specifying, designing, producing and deploying the control and communication system for military air traffic on air and naval bases.
Roles and missions
The RIVQ is responsible for defining and implementing the system test strategy. He is in charge of:
- Define testing objectives with the project core team
- Define the testing strategy for the different areas and stages of the project
- Write the test plan and related test sheets
- Define the necessary resources in the factory and on state site and ensure their adequacy until final qualification
- Produce expected customer training
- Lead the IVQ team · Monitor work and produce associated reporting (metrics)

Requirements
Expected technical skills
- Linux (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, Fedora) · Scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, Shell…)
- Secure IP networks (VPN, openssh, open ssl, etc.)
- Database (postgresql, elasticsearch, etc.)
- Virtualization solutions (KVM/QEMU, VirtualBox), container (Docker)
- Centralized and automatic deployment (Ansible, Boot PXE, etc.)
- Anomaly/event management: Jira
Bac +5 training, in an Engineering or University School specializing in IT, telecommunications and/or electronics, with experience of at least 5 years in the development of complex systems with predominantly software. Experience in air traffic control systems and/or the Defense environment is a plus.

Do you have a sense of service that you provide for the benefit of the project, do you interact educationally with other project stakeholders for a common goal of success? Do you have a good capacity for adaptation and you know how to demonstrate autonomy and initiative? Do you know how to explain architectural concepts and transmit them to juniors?
