Role Summary

We are looking for a committed and driven person to strengthen our local IT team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an important link between the business and our central IT organization. You will manage a wide range of tasks, with a focus on ensuring stable operations and supporting our digital transformation.

Your responsibilities include, among others

• Local IT support: Manage local applications, permissions, user administration, master data, application controls and troubleshooting.
• Actively participate in a future rollout of our new SAP S/4 HANA system. Your role will be to learn the system from scratch, get involved in various processes and develop a holistic view in order to provide the best possible support to our users. (SAP knowledge is a big plus!)
• Preparedness: No stops in production! You will be part of our emergency call to ensure rapid response to IT-related problems and minimize downtime.
• Nordic collaboration: In the long term, the role may involve collaboration and support for our Nordic colleagues, which contributes to a more unified IT environment.
• IT administration: Authorization management, Cyber security, Information security. Participate in activities related to IT governance, including GDPR and security.
• Data analysis: Leverage Power BI to analyze data and create insights that can improve our processes.
• Power Automate, to work with helping departments to automate and simplify their everyday life.

Requirements

We are looking for you who is a team player with a broad IT background and a willingness to learn new things. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are not afraid to take on challenges. The following qualifications are important:

• Basic knowledge of SAP (advantageous but not a requirement).
• Experience with Power BI and database management, SQL.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security.
• Ability to communicate clearly and educationally with users at different levels.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Curious and independent

It is also important that you are quality conscious and willing to share your knowledge. Bosch Thermoteknik AB in Tranås develops, manufactures and sells heat pumps for the European market. We are approximately 650 employees and form part of the large Bosch Group, which consists of approximately 409,000 employees worldwide.
