Role Summary
- As part of the 24/7 team dedicated to the supervision and continuity of services, you will be in charge of:
- monitoring automated processing via the Dollar Universe ($U) tool;
- infrastructure supervision via Zabbix (incidents, resources, thresholds);
- support for HNO (Outside Business Hours) alerts and the first technical analysis;
- the opening and escalation of incidents in connection with HO (Business Hours) teams or application experts;
- the management and transmission of instructions through ticketing and documentation tools;
- the analysis of exchange files (SFTP, logs) between the different components of the IS (Red Hat Linux, Oracle databases, etc.);
continuous improvement of internal documentation and procedures.
Shifted hours (24/7 rotation): morning, evening, night, weekends and public holidays included
