Role Summary

Support in the documentation of the renewal / update of the infrastructure, such as: Storage unit, main switch, Video surveillance system and access control.

Support in the development of DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) documentation

Support in basic technical support tasks in the IT area such as user account administration, first-level technical support to end users remotely.

Basic knowledge

• Excel
• Cisco
• VmWare
• Office 365

Requirements

Education: Students in their final semesters in careers such as: Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science Degree or similar.

English: intermediate. (answer email and read manuals)

Areas of Interest: infrastructure, communications, cloud applications, customer service (Help desk).
