Role Summary

Your environment

You will join IT teams working on infrastructure and network projects at the heart of aeronautical and defense programs, in an industrial environment with high demands on availability, security and performance.

The infrastructures implemented support complex systems and critical applications, used in civil or defense contexts.

Responsibilities

As an IT Infrastructure & Networks Engineer, you are involved in the design, development and operation of infrastructures:

• Design, deploy and maintain system and network infrastructures.
• Administer and develop server, virtualization and storage environments.
• Implement and maintain network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, interconnections).
• Contribute to infrastructure security topics (firewalls, VPN, hardening).
• Participate in modernization, migration and industrialization projects for IT environments.
• Collaborate with application teams and business teams in a project context.
• Write technical documentation and ensure compliance with good practices.
• Provide advanced level support and participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructure.

Requirements

Profile sought

• Coming from an engineering or equivalent training in IT, you have significant experience in infrastructure and network environments.
• You appreciate demanding technical contexts, industrial environments and teamwork on structuring projects.
• Valued skills
• Strong skills in IT infrastructure: systems, virtualization, storage
• Good knowledge of networks: LAN, WAN, routing, switching
• Sensitivity to security issues (firewalls, VPN)
• Linux and/or Windows environments
• Knowledge or experience in automation/scripting
• Rigor, autonomy and team spirit
