Invoicing Assistant Reminder on a work-study basis

Role Summary

The Recovery Billing Assistant aims to facilitate the sound financial management of commitments made by the various stakeholders in the company. Thus, he/she makes it possible, on the one hand, to make financial data more reliable and, on the other hand, to accelerate the invoicing process defined internally.

Responsibilities

Its main missions are

• Ensure the invoicing of the entity(ies) for which he/she is in charge on the appropriate information systems (elims, Starlims, etc.)
• Respect closing deadlines
• Limit the invoices to be issued as much as possible

Process credit requests and customer returns in general (request for credit, duplicate, purchase order, invoice details) from the recovery center, Analytical Service Managers, customers

• Respond to the processing of non-conformities entered by Analytical Service Managers and transmitted to invoicing
• Participate in customer recovery operations, follow and update an action plan, and in particular:
• Ensure the sending of reminder letters for the scope entrusted to it
• Ensure collection of overdue invoices by telephone and email
• Report customer requests on non-conformities

Requirements

• Personal qualities: rigorous, telephone skills, sense of service, sense of organization and priority management, good customer relations.
• IT: excellent command of the office pack
