Role Summary

As part of a team of 4 people and reporting to one of the management controllers, you will participate in all of the department's missions. You will simultaneously experience the processes of a large network and the development of SME-sized Business Units. The variety of missions and contacts will allow you to have a complete view of the operational entities and the different professions.

Responsibilities

Your main missions and responsibilities

• Analyze Business Unit reports monthly;
• Monitor, consolidate and analyze the monthly performance of Business Units via analytical accounting;
• Participate in the analysis of the performance of operational entities with respect to their objectives;

Participate in the development of the budget process

• Participate in the reflection and monitor the implementation of strategic requests from management,
• Develop/deploy budget construction tools to support managers.
• Be proactive: identify improvements in the service's processes and tools;
• Validate the main laboratory investments in relation to the budget;
• Assist in the development of requests for funds from the group;

Provide daily support to operational staff, to respond to their various requests.

Requirements

Coming from a business school, general engineer or university (with specialization in Finance).

• You have already worked or have an interest in the following fields:
• You like to take on ambitious challenges and you have a strong capacity for work;
• You are curious and pragmatic;
• Organized, rigorous, you have an eye for detail and a sense of effort at work;
• Dynamic, you demonstrate autonomy in the missions assigned;
• You have very good interpersonal skills and you demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation.

• Very good command of the use of information systems (Office Pack and in particular Excel, ERP and Power BI);
• Analytical skills and data analysis;
• Fluent English.
