Internship in customer order processing and program planning

Role Summary

At our Augsfeld location, as a specialist in drive and control technology, we manufacture hydraulic components for mobile applications in construction machinery and commercial vehicles and deliver them to customers worldwide.

With your open and communicative manner, you enrich the daily dialogue with our national and international customers.

You independently process customer orders and delivery plans in the SAP system and coordinate the efficient cleanup of clarification items that arise.

You carefully monitor the delivery dates of internal and external customers, while always confidently clarifying open questions.

You will skillfully use the know-how you acquired during your studies for in-depth analyzes and evaluations and provide active support in projects in the area of program planning.

Requirements

• Education: Study in the field of economics, industrial engineering or comparable, ideally with a focus on logistics
• Experience and know-how: confident in using MS Office (especially Excel); Initial experience with SAP R/3 desirable
• Personality and way of working: as an open, independent and communicative person, you enrich our team
• Everyday work: your presence on site is required; Mobile working is sometimes possible by arrangement
• Languages: business fluent German and English
