Internship in customer planning

Role Summary

You will be responsible for global commercial customer support and will be the first point of contact for our international customers.

You will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries and maintaining the order backlog precisely in the relevant SAP modules.

To ensure smooth deliveries, you will coordinate closely with internal specialist departments and external interfaces in order to optimally coordinate upstream process steps.

You will actively participate in exciting projects, for example in the areas of digitalization and process optimization, and thus help shape our future.

Your work includes the creation and continuous improvement of various reports and KPI evaluations in customer planning.

Requirements

• Education: Studies in business administration, business information systems or industrial engineering
• Experience and know-how: confident in using MS Office
• Personality and way of working: you are a strong communicator and independent team player who works in a structured and careful manner
• Languages: business fluent German and very good English
