Internship in Continuous Improvement

Role Summary

Support continuous improvement programs and work on activities such as: VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Kaizen, DMAIC, Structured Problem Solving (PDCA, 5 whys, Ishikawa Diagram, 5W2H), Standardized Work, Line Balancing, Times and Methods, Performance Indicators (KPIs), Data Analysis, Training.

Assist in identifying and reducing waste;

Support the Implementation of Lean Actions in Operational Areas;

Prepare Presentations and Project Progress Reports.

Requirements

Studying for a degree in Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering.

• English - Intermediate;
• Power Bi - Basic;
• Excel - Intermediate;

Differentiators: Participation in improvement projects in college or previous internship, certification in Lean Manufacturing, Yellow/Green Belt or Power BI, knowledge of quality tools, previous experience with data analysis, management of indicators and documentation.
