Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting administrative audits across HC records and compliance documentation
• Support day-to-day operational tasks including data management, filing systems, and process tracking
• Identify inefficiencies and help streamline small-scale HR processes
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative deliverables
• Prepare reports, summaries, and checklists for audit readiness and internal reviews

Requirements

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive or “nitty-gritty” tasks with precision, have a "can do" attitude
• Basic understanding of HR or administrative procedures (preferred but not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to commit to full-time/part-time internship schedule
