Intern Student – ​​Quality Assistance Suppliers M/PQA-RBEM at Bosch Group in Madrid, MD, Spain.

Role Summary

• The tasks will be distributed within the same department to two different areas: Design and Maintenance of Packaging material and i4.0 Projects
• Packaging: Analysis of Packaging materials: search for alternative materials, savings and quality improvement projects
• Packaging: Packaging master data error correction
• Packaging: Support to PDC figure – Packaging Design Coordinator in development of new packaging
• I4.0: Programming neural network algorithms in Python in order to establish correlations between automated measurements and user data
• I4.0: Optimization of a database of colorimetric measurements
• I4.0: Data analysis and visualization

Requirements

• Mechanical, Industrial Engineer, Industrial Design or similar
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to speak and organize projects with suppliers
• Ability to carry out projects independently
• Desirable: Knowledge of plastic and cardboard manufacturing
• Equipment: PackIT and PackMDM roles, license and roles for AutoCAD, SolidWorks and PDF modifier

Benefits

Start date: immediate

Duration: 6 months

Monthly scholarship: €800 gross / month

40 hours per week

Day: full: 08:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 1 hour for lunch
