Role Summary

• Monitoring and reporting of customer complaints in SAP
• Updating customer documentation on the VitAA portal
• Track open measures from 8D reports
• Project updating and improvement of visual control posts
• Statistical recording, monitoring and carrying out visual inspections
• NTF bug reporting
• Support in the creation of first sample reports for clients
• Carrying out analysis, tests and measurements
• Support with means of quality measurement in production
• Support in the preparation of line and production area for client audits

Requirements

• High level of English. German will be appreciated.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, macros. SAP will be valued.
• Pursuing technical studies (engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics...)
• Responsible and eager to work
• Full time (40 hour contract)

Benefits

• Entry date: 02/17/2025
• Duration: 6 months with full time
• Remuneration: €800 gross per month
