Intern student – ​​LOT Logistics Department at Bosch Group in Madrid, MD, Spain.

Role Summary

• Organization; notification and tracking of delivery of parts under warranty; in collaboration with the quality department and analysts worldwide
• Preparation and monthly updating of statistics for Bosch's internal audits.
• Optimization of processes through the digitization of statistics
• Creation of packaging stock control through the SAP system
• Preparation of invoices and international transport documents for sample shipments; miscellaneous merchandise and returns by plane; truck and special services
• Telephone contact with suppliers; customers and carriers
• Output control of merchandise sold in SAP and manual registration of packaging material
• Loading of shipments through the computer system used to ensure the correct departure of the merchandise.
• Control and daily update of the department's internal file

Requirements

• High level of Spanish and English, German desirable
• Studying a degree in Business Administration and Management
• Be enrolled in a university
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• It is essential to have a great desire to work and commit to the team

Benefits

• Start date: Immediately
• Duration: 6 months
• Study aid: €800 gross / month

Hours: 08:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with 1 hour to eat)
