Intern student - Manufacturing of automotive electronic components - TEF6

Role Summary

From the TEF6 engineering team we coordinate projects and provide support to all areas of the Bosch Madrid electronic automotive sensor factory. Our daily work combines highly automated production lines with the management of state-of-the-art digital tools.

We are looking for engineering students with enthusiasm to enter this industry, with a desire to learn, initiative and a problem-solving mentality.

In our group you will be able to see all the production areas of the RBEM factory, where we manufacture automotive electronics elements. Specifically you will do:

Planning, execution and monitoring of continuous improvement projects.

Application of BPS (Bosch Production System) methodology in production.

Efficient production organization: material flow (FIFOs, Supermarkets), stock reduction, One-Piece-Flow

Obtaining and interpreting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for automatic production lines.

Value Stream Mapping & Design: reflection of current and future production flows in the factory.

Methods and times for collaboration between operators and industrial robots.

Benefits

Duration: 6 months

Monthly scholarship: €800 gross / month

40 hours per week

Day: full: 08:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 1 hour for lunch
