Intern in the Quality area

Role Summary

We are looking for a quality intern with an analytical spirit and attention to detail to join our quality control team at SGS de México. In this position, you will support our quality operations by carrying out document control, analyzing results from customer satisfaction surveys.

Support in the preparation, review and control of management system documents (manuals, procedures, instructions, formats).

Participate in the planning, execution and monitoring of internal audits.

Support in the monthly collection, analysis and presentation of performance indicators of the quality system.

Follow up on action plans derived from management reviews and audits

Support in the management of quality records, ensuring their traceability and conservation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Support in the preparation of documentation for external evaluations (accreditations, certifications).

Requirements

Student of industrial engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering or related field.

• Great attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and defects
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills (English preferred)
• Proficiency in data documentation and basic data analysis
• Familiarity with quality control concepts and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Will be valued: Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) or ISO standards
• Will be valued: Experience in laboratory testing or quality inspection processes
• An advantage will be: Familiarity with quality control software or data analysis tools.
• Software Management: Office Package (Excel, Power Point, Word)
