Role Summary
This position is responsible for the research and coordination of policies, regulations, and standards of the Bosch XC Intelligent Driving Control Division, covering domestic and foreign regulatory monitoring and analysis, product compliance strategy formulation, customer communication and promotion, and coordinating experts within the group to participate in the formulation of industry standards. As the core promoter of central product compliance management, we enhance the company’s industry voice in the field of compliance.
Responsibilities
- Regulation tracking and research
Continuously track domestic regulatory developments (relevant regulations on intelligent connected vehicles, data security, and network security issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China and other departments), assess the impact on the company's products, and output compliance analysis reports
- Work with the Global team to track the evolution of international regulations (EU IAA regulations, CSA 2.0, UN R155/R156, etc.)
- Connect with industry standardization organizations such as China Automotive Industry Center Standards Institute to track standard project establishment and revision trends, and promote the company's internal experts to participate in the formulation of relevant standards.
- Pay attention to the development and update of NCAP evaluation standards and evaluate their impact on the company's product strategy
- Product Compliance Strategy
- Obtain regulatory and policy information in advance to guide internal product strategy direction
- Identify the gaps between products and current regulations, and provide compliance suggestions and optimization solutions
Organize and explore strategic cooperation with relevant institutions
- Customer communication and promotion
- Provide regulatory training and presentations to customers to help them understand compliance requirements
- Cooperate with the sales team to answer customers' questions on regulations and provide technical support
- External cooperation and industry influence
- Framework contracts to manage standards and testing services for relevant government and industry bodies
- Collaborate with European and relevant international industry organizations to participate in bilateral cooperation and exchange projects
- Pay attention to and evaluate important industry forums and activities to promote the company's industry influence in the field of compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering, electronic information, computer science, law (intellectual property/compliance direction) and other related majors are preferred
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in product compliance, standards management or regulatory analysis in the automotive industry; candidates with experience in the fields of intelligent connected cars, automotive network security, and data security are preferred
- Familiar with domestic and foreign automobile industry regulatory systems, including but not limited to: China’s regulations on intelligent connected vehicles, EU Cybersecurity Law (CSA), UN R155/R156, GB/T related standards, etc.
- Have good reading and written expression skills in both Chinese and English, and be able to independently read and analyze the original text of English regulations
- Strong project management and cross-department coordination capabilities, able to promote the tracking of multiple standards/regulations lines at the same time
