Intelligence Analyst

At QIMA, we think data is fundamental to transforming operations into results. We are looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join our team and contribute to strategic analyzes that support decision making, promote continuous improvement of processes and generate value for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, opportunities and proposing operational improvements;
• Develop management analyzes and reports, transforming data into strategic information to support decisions;
• Prepare executive presentations in PowerPoint for clients and leaders;
• identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend continuous improvement actions;
• Provide training on indicators and data analysis tools for operational teams;
• Work in an integrated manner with the Operations, Commercial, Quality and Compliance areas.
• Proven experience in intelligence analysis, research or related analytical role
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Quality Management, Management Processes, Statistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Agronomy or related areas;
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with data analysis and processing;
• Experience in preparing management reports;

Knowledge of quality control and process auditing.

Accept education and training in production safety, be equipped with the knowledge of production safety necessary for work, like dangerous agents, prevention measures and emergency procedures.

Know the hazard risks at workplace and follow up the lab safety requirements;

Use appropriate PPE at work area, if and when required and be aware of: the risks appropriate PPE will control or minimize , report immediately incase the PPE is worn off or lost, maintenance and inspection arrangements of PPE;

Report hazards to HSE coordinator when find;

Familiar with escape map, be equipped with usage of extinguishers and some escape skills.
