Role Summary
Ensure and participate in security policies established by the client.
Coordinate daily with the external client (Plant Analyst Engineers) the activities to be carried out, ensuring the necessary resources for correct execution.
Complete and/or record compliance with scheduled and unscheduled work performed
Review field technical reports and update them in the shared system to have all equipment mapped and ensure their correct execution.
Participate and receive the equipment maintenance schedule, determine execution priorities.
Coordinate daily with the Maintenance supervisor the work to be carried out to verify the availability of the scheduled equipment.
Responsible for implementing the order and cleanliness of the workshop on a daily basis to correctly maintain 5S.
Support driving light mobile equipment.
Vibrational analysis, Oil sampling and analysis, Thermographic inspection, Acoustic Ultrasound
Requirements
- Technician or mechanical, electrical, related engineer.
- Predictive maintenance, lubrication, reliability, AI License or later (5 years old, not exclusive).
- Lubrication Engineering / Reliability / Vibrations Level 1 / Thermography / Alignment
- Minimum experience of 2 years
