Location:: Buenos Aires, City. Autonomous of Buenos Aires, Argentina
Work arrangement:: On-site

Role Summary

We are looking for an NDT-UT Inspector with experience in wind blade repair, to join projects in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

Carry out Ultrasound (UT) inspections on wind blades.
Detect and evaluate structural defects (delaminations, cracks, adhesion failures, inclusions).
Interpret results (A-Scan / B-Scan / C-Scan) and evaluate criticality.

Requirements

NDT Level II or III Certification in Ultrasound (UT) under regulations:

ASNT or ISO 9712

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in NDT inspection.
Proven experience in wind blade repair.
Technical training (mechanics, electromechanics or composite materials).

Carry out structural repairs in composite materials

Fiberglass/carbon laminates
Repair of leading edges and trailing edge
Application of resins and structural adhesives
Perform post-repair quality control using NDT techniques.
Prepare technical inspection and repair reports.
Work at height (tower, nacelle or rope access).
Field work (wind farms).
48 hour weekly shifts.
Work location – LATAM.

Residence in Bahía Blanca (Desirable)

Desirable- Documentation necessary to work in Argentina (DNI, Permanent Residence, Passport, National Driver's License)
