Role Summary
- Carry out inspections, sampling, supervision and/or coordination with the client, in accordance with the requirements of their area (Inspection Order, procedures, instructions, operational instructions established by the inspection body).
- Participate in the opening and closing meetings of the service.
- Carry out the work schedule of the service to be executed based on the Inspection Order.
- Distribute the activities and field tasks of the group of inspectors in charge for the development of the service.
- Ensure compliance with the schedule and delivery of the inspection documents (deliverables), to be presented to the Operations Coordinator / Project Coordinator.
- Verify the equipment and materials delivered by the Instrumentation and Materials Preparation team before and after the service is performed.
- Keep the Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator and Account Executive informed about the development of the inspection or about events that may affect the development of their activities. As well as keeping the client informed about the details of your service.
- Participate and ensure that the personnel under your charge are present in the 5 Minute Talks.
- Fill out the APR Preliminary Risk Analysis form before starting your work.
- Carry out Quality supervisions on personnel scheduled for service and Safety, according to the risks and dangers associated with the activity.
- Generate a report of substandard acts and/or conditions in Intelex on a monthly basis.
- Compliance with the 20 minimum hours of training on security issues.
- Participation of the proposed Safety Tools.
- Participate in the annual training program on Quality issues with the objective of achieving qualification in basic sampling matrices.
- Provide qualifications to the personnel with whom they develop services in coordination with the Quality area.
Propose opportunities for improvements to develop the work in a better way, participating in the review of the procedures and instructions for inspection and sampling activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Technician of the following careers: Environmental, Chemistry, Fisheries, Biology, or similar.
- Availability to work rotating hours.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience in these jobs of at least 2 years.
- Qualification / Competence in sampling in the matrices of water, air, soil, noise and emissions.
- Personnel management.
Office automation: Windows environment, Excel
Preferably with A1 (3 years min.) or A2b (2 years min.) driving license.
