Role Summary
Comprehensively manage the leads that arrive for the Industries & Environment business, responding to offer requests, coordinating the technical development of the proposals, providing commercial follow-up until closure and ensuring timely attention to clients.
Register all new clients in the sector and keep account, contact, opportunity, and activity information updated in Salesforce.
Concentrate all bidding platforms and assist commercial executives in uploading information.
Respond to quote requests received through different commercial channels, ensuring a timely response to the client.
Make the first contact with the client to understand the scope of the requirement, collect the necessary information and validate the technical data for the preparation of the proposal.
Coordinate with the technical and operational areas the development of commercial offers, ensuring compliance with the committed times.
Provide commercial follow-up to the proposals issued until obtaining a definition of the client, maintaining constant communication to resolve doubts, negotiate commercial aspects and promote the closing of the sale.
Comprehensively manage business opportunities in accordance with established guidelines.
Identify opportunities with high strategic potential, key accounts or high-value projects and channel them in a timely manner to the Commercial Executive responsible for their development.
Ensure timely registration and updating of all business information in Salesforce, guaranteeing data quality.
Maintain control and monitoring of invoices issued in the sector for evaluation of commercial performance.
Comply with SGS quality, safety, environment, ethics and business integrity policies.
Requirements
Training
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related careers.
- Training in Business Administration, Sales Management, Customer Service or CRM (Salesforce or similar) is desirable.
- Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and business management tools.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Commercial Assistance, Customer Service, or Sales Support in B2B companies
- Experience in CRM administration and updating (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience in client registration, commercial database administration and commercial information control.
- Experience in preparing commercial reports, monitoring indicators and billing control.
