Inside Sales Associate

Role Summary

As a member of our internal service in Mechelen, you play a central role in the link between our company, our customers and our sales force.

You are proactive, rigorous and customer-oriented, with a real desire to contribute to the excellence of our service.

The job in a few points

Key position within the internal team based in Mechelen, real relay between customers and operational services.

Complete management of the order cycle: encoding, preparation of delivery notes, monitoring of restocking and transport planning.

Active support to sales representatives in the management and development of their customer portfolio.

Proactive participation in commercial actions, promotional campaigns and the continuous improvement of internal services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and French, with a good level in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
• Strong taste for continuous improvement, autonomy in work, while enjoying team collaboration.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers thanks to excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good ability to prioritize, demonstrate flexibility and handle unforeseen events with composure.
• Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, SAP) and motivated to regularly enrich technical knowledge.
