Responsibilities

Here's what this means in practice

• Expand the Satispay network - Acquiring new commercial activities that join the Satispay Network, with a primary focus on the conversion of inbound leads.
• Develop the value of the Customer Base - Engaging already active merchants to promote the adoption of new features and Premium solutions through upsell activities.
• Manage negotiations - Using communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage and convert each customer (inbound or outbound) in a short time.
• Manage pipeline via CRM - Independently managing the acquisition and development funnel on HubSpot CRM, respecting the required compliance standards.
• Promote the Satispay solution - Explaining the advantages, simplicity and innovation of our payment services to potential merchants and existing partners.

Requirements

For this role we are looking for a highly motivated person, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ready to take responsibility for achieving commercial targets.

• Resourcefulness - You have a strong motivation to get involved and grow professionally in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - You are capable of establishing immediate, positive and professional relationships of trust with very different interlocutors.
• Persuasive skills and resilience - You demonstrate confidence in your telephone approach, you know how to listen actively and transform objections into business opportunities.
• Goal orientation - You are comfortable working with clear and defined KPIs, goals motivate you and you love achieving and exceeding them.
• Passion for Fintech and Innovation - You have a strong interest in the world of digital payments and how technology can simplify the business of our merchants.

As Inside Business Developer - Payments, you will be responsible for expanding and maximizing the value of our merchants through the telephone promotion of innovative payment solutions.
