Inspection Services – SGS inspects and verifies the quantity, weight and quality of traded goods. The inspection normally takes place at the manufacturer's premises, when the goods are loaded, or at the destination, when the products are unloaded.

Verification Services – our verification services ensure that products and services meet global standards and local requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand customer and project needs to provide optimal solutions;
- Coordinate and participate in conference calls between project teams;
- Evaluates and coordinates cost estimates and quantities;
- Realizes and coordinates the completion of documentation and technical reports related to the projects;
- It offers recommendations for the technical and financial optimization of the project;
- Verify that all project information (plans, specifications and geotechnical studies) are available and appropriate for the project;
Analyzes the technical execution documentation (projects, execution details, specifications, technical specifications) and follows its application in the construction site.
Monitors and verifies the execution of construction works to ensure compliance with quality, safety and technical compliance requirements.
Participates in the planning and coordination of site activities with execution teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitors adherence to execution schedules and reports any delays, non-conformities or risks that may affect the project.
Participates in the reception of materials and verifies the existence of related quality and compliance documents.
Prepares and updates the technical documentation specific to the activity carried out: progress reports, minutes, findings and other site documents.
Monitors the implementation of occupational health and safety (OSH), fire prevention (PSI) and environmental protection measures on the site.
Support the project manager and company management by providing technical information and progress reports.
Participates in technical meetings, progress meetings and site inspections, formulating observations and recommendations regarding project progress.
Maintains effective communication with all parties involved in the project and contributes to the achievement of contractually established quality, cost and time objectives.
Construction engineer profile
- Higher technical studies - construction profile;
- Knowledge of the English language - minimum intermediate level;
- Knowledge in using the Windows operating system, MS Office applications;
- Required work experience: minimum 3 years;
Very good teamwork skills.
It constitutes an advantage
Experience in supervision of OSH and environmental protection, participation in projects in the energy, steel, oil industries;
Availability to travel to the construction site (25% - 50% of the time);
Time management, attention to details, professional integrity.
