Infrastructure Manager

Role Summary

Manage the local team and suppliers/third parties, ensuring talent development and performance of contracted partners

Lead the management of local IT infrastructure (servers, networks, Wi-Fi, network assets and location infrastructure), ensuring availability, performance and adherence to global corporate standards

• Manage the Infrastructure area budget, maintain healthy contracts and ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs/KPIs agreed with the business areas
• Coordinate Service Desk operations, ensuring quality service to users and compliance with SLAs/KPIs agreed with the business areas
• Manage Field Services services, ensuring agile and efficient in-person technical support for locations
• Coordinate Telecom services, ensuring connectivity, availability and continuity of communications between locations
• Manage Print Services services, optimizing costs and service levels of the printing fleet
• Coordinate Access Management governance, ensuring compliance with information security policies, LGPD and auditing requirements (SOX)
• Ensure adherence to global corporate policies on information security, business continuity and IT risk management

Participate in the evaluation, negotiation, hiring and management of suppliers and contracts, in conjunction with Procurement and the Regional and Global IT areas

Training

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Languages

Advanced/fluent English (mandatory, for interaction with Regional and Global IT areas); Spanish (intermediate for communication)

Specialization/Certification

Certifications in Infrastructure, Networks, Cloud and/or IT Governance preferred (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, Wi-Fi/Cisco networks, Azure/AWS)
