Industrialization pilot engineer (M/F) at ALTEN in Boulogne-Billancourt, IDF, France.
Responsibilities
- Manage the industrialization of new products or new production lines, ensuring coordination between the different departments (methods, production, quality, purchasing, supply chain).
- Define, monitor and implement industrial action plans to guarantee technical feasibility, costs and deadlines.
- Ensure the interface with suppliers and industrial partners, and support the ramp-up of production.
- Identify, analyze and reduce industrial risks in conjunction with project teams.
- Participate in design and industrialization reviews, and ensure that manufacturing constraints are properly taken into account.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (quality, costs, deadlines, productivity).
- Capitalize on feedback (REX) and propose areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Training / Experience
- Bac+5 diploma (engineering school or equivalent), with a specialization in mechanics, materials or industrial engineering.
- A first successful experience (approximately 3 years) in industrialization, methods or production management, ideally in aeronautics, space, defense or high-tech industry.
Technical skills
- Knowledge of industrial processes (machining, assembly, surface treatment, composites or equivalent depending on the field).
- Mastery of project planning and monitoring tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Supplier management and management of industrial milestones.
- Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean, 8D, FMEA).
- Personal qualities
- Autonomy, rigor, spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Relational ease and writing skills
- Languages and mobility
Professional command of English (read, written, spoken).
