Industrialization leader

Role Summary

The industrialization leader directs new projects, focusing on delivery on time, on budget and with the required quality, acting as the main liaison in the plant and external teams (hardware, software,

stakeholders), managing project plans, risks and resources, all ensuring compliance with Bosch standards and customer requirements, ensuring product success

from development to launch and transfer to production. Their responsibilities include:

• Project execution: Management of the complete project life cycle (scope, schedule, cost, quality), achieving objectives (time, budget, profitability, quality).
• Stakeholder management: Leadership of internal meetings, coordination of cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, sales) and reporting to management.
• Planning and monitoring: Development of project plans, monitoring of deliverables, resource management and budget control.
