Role Summary

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensure that printing orders meet the established quality and time criteria to meet demand.

Requirements

Activities

• Import format to LMS/ PC Mate, master printing in ADPMA, adjust machine according to the printing order (After 15 minutes, request technical support).
• Check that the printed variable information corresponds to what was requested by the client (Job,TE,cap,JJ,DIT,ORD,ID)
• Print the order according to the sequence ensuring the requested quantity according to the WO.
• Review and identification of MP.
• Review WO specifications: generate sequences belonging to the client and printed information.
• Filling hour by hour.
• Visual inspection of the quality of the material and the printing of the label.
• Machine cleaning.
• Filling out a quality checklist.
• Safekeeping of release information for first parts (Firmware, version, PCmate, ADPM, GC1, coding level and code scanning).
• Filling out the printing record.
• Safekeeping of samples for quality.
• Comply with EHS guidelines and policies.
• General support to the department.
• TPM fillingKnowledge of expert packaging profileValidate certification seals (FSC and GRS)
• 1 year experience in similar position
• Education: Secondary - High School
• Knowledge: Mathematics - Arithmetic
• Computer: Basic Domain, data capture
