Role Summary

We are looking for a 6-month part-time permanent or fixed-term contract (Saturdays) for a Nurse in our laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Sampling: Take blood samples (bacteriological and mycological) in the laboratory, respecting the protocols in force and ensuring friendly and secure care of patients.
• Reception or relational: Ensure a warm welcome, inform patients about the progress of the samples and answer their questions.
• Administrative: Carry out the recording and monitoring of patient files
• Sorting samples: Centrifuge, decant and package the samples for transport to the technical platform
• Participation in the quality process: Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality system.
• Management of consumables stock: Order from suppliers, receive orders
• Intervention: Participation in the home sampling tour according to needs
• Deadline: Informing patients about the time taken to deliver results
• Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the sampling rooms in good condition

Requirements

• The position is accessible to one of the following two profiles:
• Nurse
• State Nursing Diploma obtained in the European Union
• Registration with the Order of Nurses
• Mandatory RPPS
• AFGSU mandatory
• Laboratory Technician
• Medical biology laboratory technician diploma listed in the decree of 10/21/1992
• Mandatory RPPS
• AFGSU mandatory
• CCEPS mandatory

Laboratory experience and knowledge of laboratory management software, notably HEXALIS, are appreciated but are not mandatory. Training is provided upon hiring for beginners.

Qualifications required

• Sense of service provided to patients and respect for procedures
• Remuneration according to profile and experience: indicative range between €15 to €20 gross per hour
• Every Saturday or every other Saturday morning worked from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
