We're seeking a Hygiene Operative to join our Blackpool site, part of the esteemed Valeo Foods UK Group. If you're passionate about hygiene, safety, and making a difference in the food industry, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Safely store and use chemicals in accordance with COSHH and HAZOP regulations.
• Maintain adherence to cleaning procedures and hygiene systems to meet internal and customer expectations.
• Deliver service outcomes to production within the area of responsibility, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery of clean equipment for production.
• Highlight any gaps in skills and actively seek opportunities for training and development.

Requirements

We're seeking someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and has a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred, along with basic qualifications in Food Hygiene, Working at Height, and COSHH. A basic understanding of HACCP principles is also beneficial.
