AA Service Company is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing things the right way. We're not looking for someone who simply swaps equipment—we're looking for a craftsman who values quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and leaving every installation better than they found it.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor air quality products
• Fabricate and install residential ductwork and fittings
• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment
• Perform system startups, testing, and quality checks
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local codes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job

Requirements

You're Our Person If You

• ✔ Hold an EPA Certification
• ✔ Have 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• ✔ Can independently install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• ✔ Know sheet metal layout and fabrication and can build what the job needs
• ✔ Understand proper equipment sizing, layout, and replacement procedures
• ✔ Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ✔ Take pride in delivering a five-star customer experience
• ✔ Can follow processes, installation standards, and safety procedures without cutting corners
• ✔ Have your own basic HVAC installation tools
• ✔ Can lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and handle the physical side of the job

Bonus Points If You Have

• ⭐ Experience with boiler installations and hydronic systems
• ⭐ Experience with cast iron and high-efficiency boilers
• ⭐ Service Titan experience
• ⭐ NATE Certification
• ⭐ Startup and commissioning experience
• ⭐ Experience mentoring apprentices or junior installers
