Role Summary

2 main missions

Maximize the ecological performance of sites: optimization of utilities (water, steam, hot, cold, compressed air), improvement of energy efficiency, electrical engineering, PV

Maximize the performance of installations: design/installation of decarbonizing equipment (PAC, biomass, etc.), mechanical engineering, regulatory maintenance

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you manage HVAC and multi-technical maintenance projects and contracts on a multi-site perimeter in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. As a true privileged contact for your customers, you ensure the technical, operational and economic management of your business, while guaranteeing the quality of services, compliance with contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.

Regular travel is expected throughout the region.

Responsibilities

Your main missions

• Manage all projects entrusted to you, from the study and costing to the completion and acceptance of the work.
• Plan interventions and coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure technical, administrative, financial and contractual monitoring of your affairs.
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with your customers in order to meet their needs and anticipate their expectations.
• Analyze performance indicators, monitor contract profitability and implement the necessary improvement actions.
• Optimize human, material and financial resources to guarantee the performance of operations.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, internal procedures and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with the company's various teams to ensure effective coordination of projects.

Requirements

• You have higher education in climate engineering, maintenance, engineering, project management or equivalent.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in business management, project management or contract management, ideally in the areas of HVAC, multi-technical maintenance or industrial services.
• You have a good command of technical, economic and contractual business management.
• You are comfortable with office tools, management software and activity monitoring tools.
• B license essential.
