Role Summary

Understand the strategic planning, organization and personnel situation of the business department, clarify the needs and pain points of the business department, and provide comprehensive solutions for talent selection and retention for organizational development.

Familiar with the department’s culture, characteristics of employees and talent needs, understand its concerns and career development demands, improve employees’ job satisfaction and sense of belonging, and introduce needed talents

According to the company's strategy and business development needs, through organizational diagnosis, we will optimize, govern and improve organizational capabilities and be responsible for the implementation of plans to catalyze organizational vitality and promote organizational development.

Deeply understand the organizational vision and culture, and actively promote cultural development within the company.

Through research on industry benchmarks and internal human resources data within the company, we will continue to optimize human resources-related management, policies and processes, and promote innovative and efficient HR digital products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, background in Internet or automobile industry is preferred
  • More than 3 years of HRBP or OD work experience, strong experience in talent selection, development and retention, talent system management, and competency management, and good at dealing with people
  • Master OD methodology and have practical experience, have led or participated in organizational changes as a core member, have strong framework thinking and logical thinking skills, and can effectively promote the implementation of strategies
  • Passionate and interested in organizations with a strong customer-oriented, business-oriented culture and rapid development, and willing to continuously learn and improve themselves to adapt to and lead organizational change
  • HRBP work experience in high-tech, software, Internet industries and sales organizations will be a plus
  • Open, pragmatic, tenacious, courageous to challenge, willing to learn, self-driven
