Role Summary

As part of a temporary increase in activity, we are looking for an HR Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the delivery of HR services within the entrusted business scope. A true strategic partner of the activity, you will act as a business partner to implement the company's HR strategy.

This role requires strong consulting skills, an excellent understanding of HR and business issues, as well as change management and organizational development.

Responsibilities

As HR Manager, you will be required to

  • Serve as an HR partner to the business, analyze needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of all HR programs and services within your scope.
  • Guarantee the quality of HR results, including internal customer satisfaction, the effectiveness of HR services and associated performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners in centers of expertise (Recruitment, Total Rewards) and Service Centers to ensure smooth coordination of HR actions.
  • Represent the HR organization to the business and help strengthen its reputation and added value.
  • Coordinate and deploy HR strategies to meet the needs of the teams within your scope.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and practices.
  • Provide expert HR advice to managers, employees and other HR functions on HR policies and performance management.

Requirements

We are looking for an HR professional capable of evolving in a demanding and cross-functional environment.

Training and experience

  • Master's level diploma 2 HR Human Resources, business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general human resources in addition to possible internship/study experience.
  • A good understanding of organizational development activities is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR roles and responsibilities and their impact on the business.
  • English: professional competence (ability to work in English, written and spoken)

  • Good knowledge of social laws and labor law
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills.
  • Mastery of office tools, notably Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and an appetite for using AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot for example)
