Biogen and the Biorace program

About the Scholarship
These practices will be integrated into the Human Resources area, supporting the business to meet its objectives and having the commitment and well-being of our teams as a priority. The activities that the person who joins will carry out will always be supervised and supported by the HR Business Partner.
The main tasks will be to support the HR team in relation to the following functions:
HR Projects: Participate in a wide variety of HR projects designed with the objective of attracting, developing and promoting the commitment of Biogen talent, including, among others, those related to employer branding, engagement and the reinforcement of Biogen's culture and values.
Talent, development, communication: Helps the team in the design and organization of training sessions, in the coordination of internal communication sent from HR, and in the management of the talent review process.
Compensation and Benefits: Collaboration in the implementation of the performance plan, including goal setting and compensation processes, which will require the preparation of materials and presentations to share with staff.
Labor relations: Support to the HRBP to respond to staff queries related to human resources, in relation to benefits, licenses, human resources processes and application of the Collective Agreement or internal policies. Participation in HR tasks carried out to ensure compliance with local and global policies and regulations.
Organization: Participation in activities related to changes and updates to be made to the company's organizational chart.
Talent Acquisition: Help complete tasks related to new hires and the onboarding program.

- Agreement: it will be essential to be able to sign an educational collaboration agreement with the study center.

- Duration of the scholarship: 6 months, extendable up to one year.
- Estimated incorporation date: October 2026.
- Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. Intensive day in summer. Possibility of adapting the schedule if necessary due to the need to make it compatible with the master's schedule.

- Compensation: Study aid €1000/month and €200/month in restaurant ticket.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or field related to HR or the business world.
- Passionate about managing people in the company.
- High level of English.
- Preferable: Master in HR.
