As a recruiting consultant (f/m/d) you are very close to the action. You will conduct discussions with applicants, coordinate employees in the field, maintain contact with our customers and ensure that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day business.

Join the team full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week) from December 1st, 2026! A varied working day awaits you between recruiting, employee support and commercial organization. No day is the same, but you have a direct influence on the economic success of our branch and see what you have achieved every day.

Your tasks as a recruiting consultant for temporary employment

To start the day, you get an overview of open vacancies, ongoing assignments and current applications.

You will conduct interviews with applicants over the phone and in person, check their suitability and accompany them through the entire application process.

You are responsible for publishing job advertisements and coordinating candidates in the individual recruiting processes.

You will handle employment contracts, entries, exits and other administrative processes carefully and reliably.

You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding their work and provide support with all organizational questions.

Together with the branch management, you will look for suitable opportunities and successfully bring candidates and customer needs together.

Even in stressful situations, you maintain an overview and find pragmatic solutions when priorities change at short notice.

Your profile as a recruiting consultant for temporary employment

You have completed commercial training or comparable professional experience and have already organized administrative processes independently, for example around personnel, customers, scheduling, order processing or office organization.

You have mastered German at least at level C1 because you will be communicating and negotiating with customers and candidates on a daily basis.

Experience in recruiting is helpful, but not required. You can learn a lot from us. What is most important is your motivation to successfully bring people and companies together.

You can set priorities and work carefully, even when day-to-day business becomes particularly dynamic.

This role thrives on personal contact with applicants, employees and customers. That's why we're looking for someone to join the team on site in Mönchengladbach on a daily basis.
