In our small, well-rehearsed team, you will work closely with customers, applicants and employees and accompany the entire placement process - from the candidate search to successful support during deployment.

Responsibilities

• Independent support and expansion of existing and new customers
• Control of the entire recruiting process from clarification of needs to filling
• Recruitment and selection of suitable skilled and unskilled workers
• Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates
• Support of the deployed employees throughout the entire duration of their deployment
• Creation of job advertisements, contracts and candidate profiles
• Coordination of operations and coordination with customer companies

Requirements

• Successfully completed training or comparable qualification
• First experience in recruiting, sales or customer contact is an advantage
• Motivated career changers are also welcome
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Organized and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of German
