HPC SoC Test Engineer

Role Summary

With the expansion of mass production of automotive SoCs, speed of decision making and technical leadership in product testing are required.

Our department takes on-site leadership in everything from test specification design to mass production launch, OSAT coordination, and cost improvement.

We are looking for a test engineer who can lead the way in improving quality, cost, and productivity as the core of product testing.

• Implementation of the following product test operations for automotive SOC products (3nm/7nm products, etc.)
• LSI characteristic verification and test specification design/verification
• Development of test programs and jigs using LSI testers (shipping selection to mass production, product evaluation)
• Test development work after transition to mass production (planning to execution)
• Selection, startup, and collaboration of equipment and OSAT to achieve in-vehicle quality
• Product summary

Requirements

[MUST]

• 3 or more years of experience evaluating semiconductor products (digital, analog) or using an LSI tester
• Experienced in test programming/debugging methods, experience in product evaluation, research for improvement based on measurement results, and consideration of test standards.
• Japanese: Native level
• English: A level where you can listen to what the other person is saying

We have a hybrid work model, allowing employees to work remotely two days per week. At the same time, we spend the rest of the day gathering in the office as a team to enhance collaboration.
