[Recruitment background]
As automobiles become increasingly electrified and intelligent, in-vehicle SoCs are positioned as a core technology that supports the performance and functionality of cars.
The R-Car series has continued to evolve as a large-scale SoC that highly integrates many different SoC IPs, including CPU, high-speed interface, memory, AI/video, functional safety, and security.
In addition to requiring higher speeds and lower power consumption in basic performance parts than ever before, it is also necessary to integrate a wide range of technologies, including support for high-speed I/F (DDR, SerDes, etc.), support for functional safety, support for advanced security, support for cutting-edge technologies such as neural networks, and implementation of large-scale circuits in a short TAT.
It is necessary to integrate and verify these elemental technologies into the SoC, and technology that can thoroughly verify increasingly complex functions in a short period of time is an essential technology.
This department is responsible for applying the verification strategies and verification methodologies necessary for large-scale SoC development to the product development flow, and we are looking for engineers who are leaders in this field.
- ■ Promoting verification practices
- Verification engineer or leader in automotive SoC development
- ・Test bench development using UVM and SystemVerilog
- ・Implementation of logic verification (RTL level) and functional verification
- ・Test insertion and evaluation such as MBIST and SCAN
- qualification
- [MUST]
- ・Digital circuit design and verification experience
- ・Analysis and debugging ability
- ・Knowledge of SVA and experience using it in practice
- ・Knowledge of formal verification and practical specification experience
- ・Knowledge of UVM and practical specification experience
- [WANT]
- ・Experience in timing design and LSI design using logic synthesis tools
- ・Knowledge of SoC main IP such as CPU/GPU/image IP/bus/memory controller
