Role Summary

With more than 100,000 connections, we are one of the largest emergency centers in the Netherlands. As a Head Operator you have a key role in managing the operators and monitoring the continuity of our services. Together with your team, you ensure an efficient and well-run service, where cooperation and trust are central.

You are the first point of contact for operational issues and ensure fast and correct handling of alarm reports, such as burglary, fire and video reports. You direct supervisors or immediately call emergency services when necessary.

You will also be involved in various tasks, such as opening and closing guidance and tracing stolen vehicles. When it is busy at the power plant, you will also participate in the shift, so you contribute to a safer Netherlands every day. .

Requirements

• You are flexible and available for irregular shifts
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• You have a great sense of responsibility, show initiative and are stress-resistant
• You are a certified security guard or operator (BOCA, or have experience in the security domain (e.g. police, fire brigade, defense or government) with at least 1 year of managerial experience
• You have an MBO-4 working and thinking level
